We realise that as a property investor or a home owner, you can work on the property yourself, fixing it, doing it up, just as you would with your own home and collect rent, and deal with tenancy issues. On one hand this is not a bad thing. On the other hand, it’s very easy to lose sight of the investment aspect – that your time and energy has a value and therefore becomes a cost.

If you will be out of New Zealand for more than 21 days, it is legally required that your property be managed in your absence. Section 16A of the Residential Tenancies Act states that a landlord appoints a New Zealand based agent and notify their tenants and the bond centre.
We can assist property owners in the administration of their properties ensuring adequate insurance cover, regular common area maintenance, budgets, general meetings and with the rules and obligations under their Memorandum of Lease or operational rules and Unit Tiles Act 2010
We will find the best tenants for you and provide all the necessary documentation for the new tenancy, at a fixed fee of $350 + GST. You will then assume the role of landlord.
